Introducing the Gordon Doctors Report Card—a professional statistical neutral operation by the firm InSync over the December 2024 to January 2025 surveying a non-selective group of patients attending practice. This report card highlights valuable insights into healthcare professionals' performance, showing the unseen excellence often overlooked.

Improvements Already Made:
Contact patients if an emergency/urgent matter causes doctor to run late. There is now a line of communication from doctor to reception to patient.
Enrolling more patients into managed care of Chronic Disease and Mental Health so that longer appointments are booked for reviews.
Informing patient where they are in the queue on arrival if delayed.
